The 1 meter (3.3 foot) tumble test indicates long term durability with daily knocks and drops from workstation or waist height. With FlexRange technology, Granit 1991iXR model begins with no-sacrifice near field scanning, and expand that to read UPC codes to 1.5m (5 ft) and 100 mil (2.54mm) rack labels at 10m (33 ft), seamlessly handling many warehouse/distribution center and manufacturing workflows. Bad labels commonly occur in the warehouse/DC and industrial space due to low quality printing or damage during handling.
