The indicator shows how healthy you are working and changes colour, like a traffic light. When the light turns green, it means you are working healthily. Orange indicates it is time for a short break and red indicates you have skipped a break. This gives you pleasant and positive feedback on your break behaviour.

Thin keyboard with light keystroke - Ultra-thin design
The Compact Break keyboard has an ultra-thin design. As a result, the blood vessels and tendons in the wrists are not oppressed while typing. The keys have a special scissor mechanism so the keystroke is very light and you need less strenght to type.
